• Check-in can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 4pm .  Check-out is 10am

How do I make a reservation?

To book any of our fully furnished apartments in Beijing:

• Complete our online booking request form and a staff member will respond shortly.

Is a deposit required?

• Yes, a two week security deposit is payable, refunded on departure 

When do you require payment?

• Payment of security deposit and the first 28 nights rent is required in advanced.

What forms of payment do you accept?

• All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan.  Major credit cards are accepted including; MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Card.  Note that there may be an additional charge for some cards. EFT available.

Are there any other charges?

• There is an ‘Exit Clean’ charge
  and a cap on the usage of utilities and telephone calls to allow for fair usage.    

How is Corporate Apartments International better?

Are pets welcome?

• Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.
